How to install Blogger Template from xml file?

To install the Blogger Template, download the zipfile, extract the xml file, then in your Blogger Layout screen click 'Edit HTML' and browse to the file, then click upload. It doesn't get easier than that. Some website you can download xml file for your blog. I hope that it will be satisfied you. :)
